Purpose

College Power is a initiative by BuildSoft which empowers students and teachers to use the BuildSoft design analysis software on their personal laptop or desktop. Our College Power program is providing students and teachers with easy access to our powerful and complete software solutions.

Our offer

• All students and teachers of an official educational institute receive free access to all BuildSoft software listed below.
• From September 1 2011 until August 31 2012, students and teacher will be able to use our software for free on their own desktop or laptop.
• The only requirement imposed by BuildSoft is to receive proof that a student is actually registered with an official educational institute.  This can be done by registering at our web site, and providing an email address clearly provided by the eductational institute and a student registration number.

Your free teacher license in 4 easy steps

1. You have an email address related to your school.
2. You register at our web site (using complete and correct data) at the teachers registration page. This action is required as we need to identify you as an officially registered teacher, ensuring that no abuse is being made of our College Power program.  Incomplete or incorrect registration will directly be deleted.
3. You will immediately receive a reply email with your logon, password and further instructions. The logon and password will grant access to the Download section of our website. From those pages, you will be able to download our products and to install them.
4. Follow carefully the instructions that we provide you in our reply email.

Verification of student data

You will understand that we are happy to provide you (and your students) access to our College Power program, but that we need to prevent any form of abuse.  Therefore we request that you, as a teacher, provide us with information to verify the correctness of the data entered by any of your students during registration.

If you wish that your students can benefit from the College Power program, please send us a list with names and registration numbers of students registered at your institute that show an interest in our College Power program. This list can be emailed to collegepower@buildsoft.eu.

This list will be used only to verify whether any individuals that claim free access to BuildSoft software through our College Power program, are effectively registered as students with an official educational institute.  The data contained in this list will not be used for any commercial purposes, nor will those data be passed on to any third party.
