We are delighted to announce we will be joining the Institution of Structural Engineers in shaping the digital future at their bi-annual Digital Design and Computation e-Conference<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking place between 12 \u2013 13th of May 2021, the conference will be held via live Zoom. It will focus on the use of materials, techniques, digital practice, and structural paradigms. Structural engineers are invited to join in and uplift their structural design skills. Attendees will learn from global experts about technologies and products that help boost productivity, accuracy, and the quality of structural design work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being one of the leading events in structural engineering in the UK, the Digital Design and Computation e-Conference promotes collaboration, using an interactive platform to enable video networking with colleagues and peers in structural engineering, architecture, and computation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM Success Manager and Sales Engineer at BuildSoft for more than 15 years, Doroth\u00e9e is a graduate of Civil Engineering at the University of Ghent. She has broad experience in structural analysis, Eurocodes, and optimizing workflows to boost customer productivity. Her specialty is in steel connections and BIM solutions for structural engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join her talk and learn how to create optimal steel connections in an instant to reduce your design time. Doroth\u00e9e will be using the BIM Expert software<\/a> to showcase how users can easily sync steel connection data to and from Tekla and to their preferred detailing software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
