El equipo de ingenier\u00eda utiliz\u00f3 los generadores de cargas de viento y nieve de Diamonds para gestionar las complejas cargas de cubierta de la nave, iter\u00f3 con el fabricante de vigas para dise\u00f1ar vigas pretensadas una vez que los momentos flectores superaron la capacidad est\u00e1ndar, y comprob\u00f3 la deflexi\u00f3n de la losa de cubierta del edificio de oficinas para mantener el espacio libre de los ventanales.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nueva planta de producci\u00f3n de Soprema en Tongeren (B\u00e9lgica)<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proyecto<\/h3>\n\n<p>La nueva planta de producci\u00f3n de Soprema en Tongeren es un ejemplo impresionante de la larga serie de edificios industriales que hemos dise\u00f1ado con Diamonds. Actualmente, se han completado aproximadamente dos tercios de los edificios previstos. Esto incluye una gran nave con l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n de alta tecnolog\u00eda para paneles aislantes de poliestireno extruido (incluidas oficinas contiguas) y un almac\u00e9n. La nave de producci\u00f3n se model\u00f3 en Diamonds con columnas y vigas de techo de hormig\u00f3n armado, mientras que elementos el\u00e1sticos sosten\u00edan las columnas de hormig\u00f3n para calcular las fuerzas en los pilotes de cimentaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de la carga permanente del techo verde y el equipo t\u00e9cnico suspendido del techo, las cargas de viento y nieve son, por supuesto, decisivas para el dise\u00f1o estructural de un edificio de estas caracter\u00edsticas. Es aqu\u00ed donde los generadores de cargas de viento y nieve de Diamonds resultan invaluables, ya que permiten introducir r\u00e1pidamente estas cargas, bastante complejas, en el modelo de an\u00e1lisis estructural.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grandes luces, vigas pretensadas, y 5 d\u00edas de iteraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n<p>Debido en parte a las grandes luces de hasta 36 metros, un primer an\u00e1lisis de la nave de producci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 que los momentos flectores eran tan elevados que se requirieron vigas de hormig\u00f3n pretensado para soportar el techo. En las siguientes etapas, fue necesaria una estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el fabricante para dise\u00f1ar las vigas pretensadas teniendo en cuenta las fuerzas internas calculadas por Diamonds e incorporar las caracter\u00edsticas de dichas vigas al modelo de an\u00e1lisis de Diamonds. En definitiva, se necesitaron varias iteraciones para llegar a un dise\u00f1o estructural, lo cual no es sorprendente para un edificio de tales dimensiones. Adem\u00e1s de los an\u00e1lisis estructurales cl\u00e1sicos de elementos portantes de hormig\u00f3n y acero, el c\u00e1lculo de las deflexiones de la losa de cubierta fue de suma importancia. Este edificio se dise\u00f1\u00f3 con grandes ventanales tanto en el interior como en el exterior.
