Cobe construy\u00f3 un modelo 3D en Diamonds sobre todo para estimar el impacto de las cargas de viento sobre el n\u00facleo r\u00edgido y los muros de hormig\u00f3n, y para realizar un descenso de cargas global hasta el nivel de cimentaci\u00f3n; ese mismo modelo revel\u00f3 que una gran abertura central en el forjado de cubierta lo dejaba apenas apoyado por el n\u00facleo, un problema resuelto a\u00f1adiendo un \u00fanico muro de hormig\u00f3n adicional, a su vez apoyado en el n\u00facleo.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proyecto<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00abLos nuevos showrooms de Van Hulle Building Materials y las oficinas anexas, un proyecto del estudio de arquitectura Naert, son esencialmente un esqueleto de columnas y muros de hormig\u00f3n alineados con las plazas de aparcamiento subyacentes\u00bb, explica Bruno De Maegd. \u00abLas grandes luces y voladizos se logran mediante forjados postensados. El objetivo principal del modelo de an\u00e1lisis 3D de Diamonds es, por tanto, estimar el impacto de las cargas de viento sobre el n\u00facleo r\u00edgido y los muros de hormig\u00f3n del edificio (y calcular las cuant\u00edas de armadura necesarias), y realizar un descenso de cargas global hasta el nivel de cimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detectar y resolver un problema de rigidez del forjado de cubierta en el mismo modelo<\/h2>\n\n<p>Este tipo de modelo de an\u00e1lisis 3D siempre aporta informaci\u00f3n y soluciones valiosas. Por ejemplo, el forjado de cubierta del edificio apenas estaba apoyado por el n\u00facleo r\u00edgido debido a una gran abertura en su zona central. Esto se reflejaba en las deformaciones horizontales calculadas por Diamonds.
