Il se d\u00e9roule en cinq \u00e9tapes : mod\u00e9lisation, charges, analyse structurelle (calcul), conception structurelle (dimensionnement) et d\u00e9tails. Nous passons en revue chaque \u00e9tape ci-dessous, puis d\u00e9veloppons un exemple simple pour montrer comment elles s&rsquo;articulent.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les 5 \u00e9tapes du calcul de structure<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mod\u00e9lisation<\/h3>\n\n<p>Avant tout calcul, la structure doit \u00eatre simplifi\u00e9e en quelque chose qu&rsquo;un ordinateur (ou un ing\u00e9nieur, \u00e0 la main) peut effectivement calculer. On part du mod\u00e8le architectural, ce \u00e0 quoi le b\u00e2timent ressemblera dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, et on le d\u00e9pouille jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ne garder que le squelette porteur : fondations, colonnes, poutres, cadres, fermes, murs. Les harges<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ensuite, on identifie toutes les charges que la structure peut raisonnablement subir sur sa dur\u00e9e de vie :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les charges permanentes<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le poids propre de la structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges d\u2019exploitation<\/strong> : occupation de personnes dans des b\u00e2timents, d\u00e9placement d\u2019\u00e9quipements et mouvement de voitures sur les ponts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges de vent<\/strong> : toutes les pressions ou forces horizontales, de soul\u00e8vement ou de cisaillement que le vent exerce sur un b\u00e2timent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges de neige<\/strong> : applicables uniquement aux structures susceptibles de recevoir des chutes de neige<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges sismiques<\/strong> : lorsque la structure se trouve dans une r\u00e9gion sismique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pression de la terre<\/strong> : \u00e0 appliquer pour les tunnels, les murs de sout\u00e8nement et les caves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eau et glace<\/strong> : pour certaines structures telles que les ponts, les plates-formes en mer et les structures c\u00f4ti\u00e8res<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges thermiques<\/strong> : Le chauffage ou le refroidissement in\u00e9gal de certaines parties de la structure cr\u00e9e des contraintes \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges dynamiques<\/strong> : par exemple, induites par des machines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En pratique, les charges n&rsquo;agissent pas isol\u00e9ment, elles se combinent. Charge permanente plus charge d&rsquo;exploitation forme une combinaison ; charge permanente plus vent en est une autre. Analyse structurelle (Calcul)<\/h2>\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est ici qu&rsquo;on calcule comment le mod\u00e8le se comporte sous chaque combinaison de charges : les efforts internes (cisaillement, moment fl\u00e9chissant, effort normal, torsion), les r\u00e9actions et les d\u00e9formations produites par chacune. Pour une poutre ou une colonne isol\u00e9e, cela reste faisable \u00e0 la main. Pour toute structure 2D ou 3D r\u00e9aliste, cela implique de r\u00e9soudre de grands syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9quations, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le calcul manuel devient lent et propice aux erreurs. C&rsquo;est le r\u00f4le des logiciels d&rsquo;<strong>analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (MEF)<\/strong>, comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buildsoft.eu\/fr\/product\/diamonds\/\">Diamonds<\/a> de BuildSoft : des r\u00e9sultats rapides et pr\u00e9cis, sans le travail matriciel manuel.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Conception structurelle (Dimensionnement)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Avec les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;analyse en main, la conception structurelle consiste \u00e0 dimensionner chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment pour qu&rsquo;il satisfasse r\u00e9ellement les exigences (stabilit\u00e9, r\u00e9sistance et rigidit\u00e9) fix\u00e9es par le code de conception applicable. Si les dimensions initiales (estim\u00e9es) \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape 1 passent les v\u00e9rifications, l&rsquo;\u00e9tape est termin\u00e9e, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il reste souvent une marge d&rsquo;optimisation vers une conception plus \u00e9conomique. Si elles ne passent pas, on revient en arri\u00e8re, on ajuste les dimensions, et on r\u00e9p\u00e8te la boucle analyse-conception jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que toutes les exigences soient satisfaites.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les codes de conception varient selon les pays : conna\u00eetre le code local applicable \u00e0 votre projet fait partie du travail, ce n&rsquo;est pas un d\u00e9tail secondaire.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. D\u00e9tails<\/h2>\n\n<p>Une fois l&rsquo;analyse globale et la conception termin\u00e9es, les d\u00e9tails couvrent deux aspects :<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>O\u00f9<\/strong> placer les connexions, les \u00e9pissures et les recouvrements : assemblages poutre-colonne, connexions en pied de colonne, et similaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comment<\/strong>: la disposition pr\u00e9cise des armatures, la qualit\u00e9 et le nombre de boulons, l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de gorge des soudures, le dimensionnement des platines d&rsquo;about, et ainsi de suite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Les choix de d\u00e9tail influencent directement la ductilit\u00e9 de la structure. Pour le b\u00e9ton, une disposition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e des armatures dans les poutres et les colonnes am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9formation avant rupture.
