Stedec NV a utilis\u00e9 Diamonds pour r\u00e9aliser une analyse structurelle 3D compl\u00e8te, mod\u00e9lisant l&rsquo;interaction tube-dans-tube entre la fa\u00e7ade et le noyau central, afin de dimensionner les colonnes en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 aussi efficacement que possible tout en tenant compte du tassement in\u00e9gal des pieux dans l&rsquo;argile sous-jacente.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet<\/h2>\n\n<p>Selon Koen Coelus, chaque tour a sa propre complexit\u00e9. \u00ab La K-Tower \u00e0 Courtrai (un projet de Samyn and Partners, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par une association momentan\u00e9e de Maes NV et Van Roey NV) est un bel exemple de tour r\u00e9sidentielle contemporaine, offrant un penthouse exclusif et 64 appartements de luxe r\u00e9partis sur 19 \u00e9tages. L&rsquo;alternance de parties ouvertes et ferm\u00e9es en fa\u00e7ade donne \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble un caract\u00e8re r\u00e9solument dynamique, mais a pos\u00e9 un certain nombre de d\u00e9fis pour la conception de la<br\/>structure en b\u00e9ton. \u00bb<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi structurel<\/h2>\n\n<p>En raison de l&rsquo;alternance de parties ouvertes et ferm\u00e9es, la composition de la fa\u00e7ade diff\u00e8re \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tage, et une fois sur deux, les colonnes des 4 angles jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la transmission des charges vers les niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs. Les lignes de force dans la structure porteuse deviennent assez complexes et se concentrent, tous les deux \u00e9tages, dans ces colonnes d&rsquo;angle. En raison de l&rsquo;alternance de parties ouvertes et ferm\u00e9es dans la fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent, les charges sur la structure porteuse atteignent leur maximum aux angles tous les deux \u00e9tages.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod\u00e9liser la structure tube-dans-tube<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00ab Les murs en b\u00e9ton et les colonnes de fa\u00e7ade forment ensemble un tube rigide qui collabore \u00e0 son tour avec le noyau central de cette tour gr\u00e2ce aux murs transversaux entre le noyau et la fa\u00e7ade \u00bb, explique Maarten Vervaet. \u00ab Au niveau des deux \u00e9tages inf\u00e9rieurs, la fa\u00e7ade est cependant enti\u00e8rement ouverte. \u00c0 cet endroit, des colonnes de 6 m\u00e8tres de haut (reli\u00e9es entre elles par une poutre de rive) reprennent la fa\u00e7ade jusqu&rsquo;aux fondations. Diamonds a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour calculer, dans cette situation complexe, le ferraillage n\u00e9cessaire de la poutre de rive et la charge sur les colonnes \u00e9lanc\u00e9es en b\u00e9ton \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance (C80\/95), sur la base de la combinaison de charges la plus d\u00e9favorable. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide de mod\u00e8les de d\u00e9tail compl\u00e9mentaires, nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9 le transfert des charges des murs vers les colonnes. De plus, le mod\u00e8le de calcul 3D a permis d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer relativement facilement diverses alternatives pour les positions des colonnes. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans une structure tube-dans-tube comme la K-Tower, il est essentiel de pouvoir estimer la rigidit\u00e9 relative du tube ext\u00e9rieur (la fa\u00e7ade) par rapport au tube int\u00e9rieur (le noyau central). C&rsquo;est ce rapport de rigidit\u00e9 qui d\u00e9termine notamment comment les charges de vent se r\u00e9partissent entre le tube int\u00e9rieur et le tube ext\u00e9rieur. Le calcul des efforts dans les murs et les colonnes en b\u00e9ton de la fa\u00e7ade ext\u00e9rieure sur la base d&rsquo;une descente de charges classique n&rsquo;\u00e9tait donc plus une option valable dans ce cas, mais n\u00e9cessitait une approche 3D prenant correctement en compte la rigidit\u00e9 des deux tubes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenir compte du comportement des fondations<\/h2>\n\n<p>La fondation de la K-Tower sur pieux dans l&rsquo;argile ypr\u00e9sienne a constitu\u00e9 une complexit\u00e9<br\/>suppl\u00e9mentaire, en raison des diff\u00e9rences de tassement entre le noyau central et les colonnes de fa\u00e7ade. Pour estimer l&rsquo;impact du tassement des pieux de fondation dans les couches d&rsquo;argile tertiaire, des appuis \u00e9lastiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s dans le mod\u00e8le de calcul 3D sous les colonnes de fa\u00e7ade et les murs du noyau central. Les constantes de ressort ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es en collaboration avec des experts g\u00e9otechniques. En tenant compte du comportement des pieux de fondation dans les couches d&rsquo;argile tertiaire, les analyses ont confirm\u00e9 un tassement plus important du noyau central et des charges plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les poteaux de fa\u00e7ade.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stabilit\u00e9 en phase de construction<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00ab Et bien qu&rsquo;il ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 un vrai d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;aboutir \u00e0 une conception structurelle solide pour la K-Tower, nous devions bien s\u00fbr, en tant que bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes, veiller \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce que la stabilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 portante restent garanties pendant la phase de construction \u00bb, conclut Koen Coelus. \u00ab \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le concept structurel de la K-Tower repose sur la collaboration entre le noyau central et la fa\u00e7ade en \u00e9tat totalement achev\u00e9, cela a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un certain nombre de calculs suppl\u00e9mentaires. En revanche, ces calculs ont pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s facilement \u00e0 partir du mod\u00e8le 3D existant pour l&rsquo;ensemble de la structure, en supprimant certains \u00e9tages pour \u00e9valuer les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du processus de construction. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-016f3bbb\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Repousser sans cesse les limites<\/h2><\/div>\n\n<p>\u00ab Bien que notre portefeuille de projets couvre une large gamme de constructions, cette tour est vraiment repr\u00e9sentative de notre fa\u00e7on de penser et de travailler \u00bb, conclut Koen Coelus. \u00ab Depuis 1985, j&rsquo;ai vu le monde de la construction \u00e9voluer en profondeur. C&rsquo;est uniquement en restant attentifs aux \u00e9volutions du march\u00e9 que Stedec NV a pu devenir ce qu&rsquo;elle est aujourd&rsquo;hui. Repousser sans cesse les limites, voil\u00e0 ce qui nous anime.
