Concreet a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude structurelle du dossier d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres en important dans Diamonds un export DXF du mod\u00e8le de l&rsquo;architecte, compl\u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un mod\u00e8le de calcul enti\u00e8rement fonctionnel en 2 jours, et en calculant des fl\u00e8ches r\u00e9alistes tenant compte de la fissuration et du fluage du b\u00e9ton plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en s&rsquo;appuyant sur des formules simplifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet<\/h2>\n\n<p>La R\u00e9sidence Itali\u00eblei, un projet r\u00e9sidentiel de 17 appartements, \u00e0 l&rsquo;angle de l&rsquo;Itali\u00eblei et de la Van Aerdtstraat \u00e0 Anvers, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue par Binst Architects pour le compte de Constructie en Promotie van Immobilien NV. Un tel mod\u00e8le est \u00e9videmment bien plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9 que ce dont nous avons besoin pour nos calculs structurels. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous effectuons un certain nombre de coupes dans le mod\u00e8le architectural, que nous exportons vers un fichier DXF, puis importons dans le logiciel Diamonds.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Diamonds offre en effet un large \u00e9ventail de fonctions utiles pour construire la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du mod\u00e8le de calcul \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un fichier DXF. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement de translater et copier des points et des lignes, mais aussi, par exemple, de les extruder. De cette mani\u00e8re, nous pouvons construire rapidement les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de construction dans le mod\u00e8le de calcul, y compris les murs et les colonnes \u00e0 chaque niveau.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finir les appuis, les connexions et la fa\u00e7on dont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments travaillent ensemble<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bien entendu, ce mod\u00e8le 3D doit encore \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux, les charges et les conditions aux limites. Cela concerne les appuis dans le mod\u00e8le de calcul (dans le mod\u00e8le Diamonds de la superstructure de la R\u00e9sidence Itali\u00eblei, des lignes d&rsquo;appui fixes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finies), mais aussi, par exemple, la rigidit\u00e9 des connexions entre poutres et dalles, ou entre colonnes et dalles. Diamonds dispose de toute une s\u00e9rie de fonctions utiles pour personnaliser cette connectivit\u00e9 et contr\u00f4ler la fa\u00e7on dont les poutres, colonnes, dalles et murs travaillent ensemble au sein de l&rsquo;ensemble de la structure en b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mod\u00e8le fonctionnel en 2 jours, pr\u00eat pour le dossier d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour ce type de projet, nous construisons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un mod\u00e8le de calcul enti\u00e8rement fonctionnel en l&rsquo;espace de 2 jours avec Diamonds. Nous sommes alors pr\u00eats pour les calculs structurels n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du dossier d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres. Lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du dossier d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres, nous calculons \u00e9galement la fl\u00e8che r\u00e9aliste des poutres et dalles en b\u00e9ton, en tenant compte de la fissuration et du fluage du b\u00e9ton ainsi que de l&rsquo;armature r\u00e9ellement mise en place.
