Dans le hall de production, les poutres de toiture en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint ont \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9es en liaisons rigides puisque ce sont les charges de vent, et non la compression des poutres, qui dimensionnent les colonnes, tandis qu&rsquo;une fa\u00e7ade avant ouverte repose sur une poutre en treillis en acier en porte-\u00e0-faux au-dessus d&rsquo;un mur transversal, \u00e0 la place d&rsquo;une colonne manquante. Les dalles de plancher et de fondation coul\u00e9es sur place des bureaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9es avec Diamonds, tant pour l&rsquo;armature que pour des fl\u00e8ches fissur\u00e9es r\u00e9alistes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet<\/h2>\n\n<p>Selon Bruno De Maegd, le nouveau hall de production Duthoo et les bureaux attenants (con\u00e7us par Govaert &amp; Vanhoutte Architects) constituent un autre excellent exemple de l&rsquo;approche de Cobe en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;analyse de conception structurelle. Duthoo est un fabricant de premier plan de syst\u00e8mes de laquage poudre pour profil\u00e9s en aluminium. \u00ab D&rsquo;un point de vue structurel, les installations de production industrielle et le b\u00e2timent de bureaux sont des unit\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement ind\u00e9pendantes, s\u00e9par\u00e9es par un mur coupe-feu \u00bb, explique Bruno. \u00ab C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous avons construit des mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;analyse 3D distincts pour le hall de production et le b\u00e2timent de bureaux.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dimensionner les colonnes du hall de production selon les charges de vent, pas seulement la compression des poutres<\/h2>\n\n<p>La structure porteuse du hall de production se compose d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de colonnes en b\u00e9ton encastr\u00e9es au niveau des fondations. La structure de toiture est soutenue par des poutres en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint, elles-m\u00eames soutenues par les colonnes en b\u00e9ton. Bien que les poutres en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint transmettent des charges de compression consid\u00e9rables \u00e0 ces colonnes, c&rsquo;est surtout la charge de vent horizontale qui d\u00e9termine leur dimensionnement. Les poutres en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint n&rsquo;ont donc pas \u00e9t\u00e9 explicitement incluses dans la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du mod\u00e8le Diamonds. Elles ont plut\u00f4t \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es par une s\u00e9rie de liaisons rigides entre les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s sup\u00e9rieures des colonnes. Les charges provenant de la structure de toiture et des poutres en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites \u00e0 des charges ponctuelles appliqu\u00e9es en t\u00eate des colonnes en b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une poutre en treillis en acier en porte-\u00e0-faux \u00e0 la place d&rsquo;une colonne manquante<\/h2>\n\n<p>Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, la fa\u00e7ade avant du hall de production Duthoo est ouverte d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9. L&rsquo;absence de colonnes porteuses en b\u00e9ton y est compens\u00e9e par une poutre en treillis en acier, soutenue d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 par une colonne en b\u00e9ton et en porte-\u00e0-faux de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 au-dessus d&rsquo;un mur en b\u00e9ton transversal. Les charges de la structure de toiture et du plancher interm\u00e9diaire sont introduites via les membrures sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure de la poutre en treillis.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combiner un mod\u00e8le 3D global avec des mod\u00e8les 2D pour les composants individuels<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bien que la conception finale de cette poutre en treillis ait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;analyse 3D Diamonds, les premi\u00e8res conceptions structurelles se sont appuy\u00e9es sur un simple mod\u00e8le 2D. Nous utilisons assez fr\u00e9quemment cette approche dans de nombreux projets. Nous construisons un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;analyse 3D global pour conserver une vue d&rsquo;ensemble du projet et obtenir une conception structurelle coh\u00e9rente et \u00e9conomique, tandis que nous utilisons des mod\u00e8les 2D distincts pour concevoir les composants individuels du b\u00e2timent. Cette approche nous permet de rester en phase avec le fonctionnement r\u00e9el de la structure, ce qui est primordial pour d\u00e9velopper une conception structurelle durable.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calculer des fl\u00e8ches fissur\u00e9es r\u00e9alistes pour les dalles des bureaux<\/h2>\n\n<p>Les bureaux Duthoo ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us comme une combinaison de colonnes en b\u00e9ton et d&rsquo;une structure en acier soutenant la toiture. La dalle de plancher du premier \u00e9tage et la dalle de fondation sont coul\u00e9es sur place, et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de Diamonds. Ces calculs ne portent pas seulement sur les quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;armature, mais couvrent \u00e9galement l&rsquo;analyse des d\u00e9formations fissur\u00e9es.
