{"id":8778,"date":"2024-08-28T14:06:45","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T14:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.buildsoft.eu\/reference-projects\/timber-shed\/"},"modified":"2026-07-29T12:53:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T12:53:17","slug":"timber-shed","status":"publish","type":"reference-project","link":"https:\/\/www.buildsoft.eu\/fr\/references\/timber-shed\/","title":{"rendered":"Timber Shed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pour la restauration d&rsquo;un ancien abri de jardin \u00e0 ossature de ch\u00eane, d\u00e9plac\u00e9 des Pays-Bas vers Killowen, en Irlande (un projet de Mood Architecture, d\u00e9mont\u00e9 et reconstruit par Borg-Bouw), Vestad a mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 les fermes en bois irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res d&rsquo;origine dans Diamonds \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un scan 3D, en important les lignes centrales issues du scan sous forme de mod\u00e8le filaire via DXF, puis en ajoutant des sections variables correspondant \u00e0 la forme r\u00e9ellement irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en ch\u00eane. Pour v\u00e9rifier la sensibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats aux imperfections g\u00e9om\u00e9triques de ce mod\u00e8le, Vestad a construit une seconde version avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de section l\u00e9g\u00e8rement r\u00e9duites, puis a utilis\u00e9 les deux pour calculer les efforts \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat limite ultime et les d\u00e9formations \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat limite de service, constatant que des interventions \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir les d\u00e9formations horizontales dues au vent dans des limites acceptables, et a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 la r\u00e9sistance du bois et la r\u00e9sistance au flambement conform\u00e9ment aux Eurocodes et aux annexes nationales irlandaises.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le chef de projet Patrick Jordaens a choisi un projet qui illustre parfaitement l&rsquo;expertise de Vestad en mati\u00e8re de structures en bois. \u00ab Ce n&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre pas un projet immense \u00bb, explique Patrick, \u00ab mais c&rsquo;est certainement un projet \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire extraordinaire.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette histoire concerne en particulier la restauration d&rsquo;un ancien abri en bois construit comme salle de jardin contre une r\u00e9sidence \u00e0 Killowen (Irlande), selon un projet de Tatsuro Miki (Mood Architecture, Bruxelles). L&rsquo;abri de jardin en bois a connu (litt\u00e9ralement !) un parcours assez extraordinaire avant d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 Killowen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ce petit b\u00e2timent se trouvait \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine aux Pays-Bas, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement d\u00e9mont\u00e9 par Borg-Bouw, une entreprise de construction belge sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la restauration de b\u00e2timents, de meubles et de menuiserie. Borg-Bouw a ensuite fait reconstruire les 5 fermes de la structure en bois d&rsquo;origine sur son propre site, en pr\u00e9paration de la r\u00e9alisation finale en Irlande. Et comme cette structure porteuse en ch\u00eane est assez ancienne, les lignes centrales \u00e9taient tout sauf droites et verticales. Via un fichier DXF, nous avons import\u00e9 les lignes centrales sous forme de mod\u00e8le filaire dans le logiciel d&rsquo;analyse structurelle Diamonds de BuildSoft, avant de le compl\u00e9ter avec les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de section et de mat\u00e9riau. Enfin, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments barres droits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s pour mod\u00e9liser la nouvelle charpente en bois par-dessus la structure porteuse d&rsquo;origine.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tester la sensibilit\u00e9 aux imperfections du mod\u00e8le avec une seconde variante<\/h2>\n\n<p>Il vaut la peine de s&rsquo;attarder un instant sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de section de la structure porteuse en ch\u00eane telles que d\u00e9riv\u00e9es du scan 3D. Ces sections ayant une forme irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 saisies dans Diamonds comme sections variables afin de construire un mod\u00e8le g\u00e9om\u00e9trique aussi proche que possible de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Mais en fin de compte, tout mod\u00e8le g\u00e9om\u00e9trique reste bien s\u00fbr une approximation d&rsquo;une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie jamais tout \u00e0 fait parfaite. Nous avons donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un second mod\u00e8le dans lequel nous avons quelque peu r\u00e9duit les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de section de la structure porteuse d&rsquo;origine.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cela a fourni un excellent outil pour \u00e9valuer la sensibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;analyse structurelle aux imperfections du mod\u00e8le. Et c&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr le grand avantage d&rsquo;utiliser un logiciel d&rsquo;analyse structurelle comme Diamonds, qui accorde une grande importance \u00e0 la facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation. Comme il est si simple d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter diff\u00e9rentes variantes de mod\u00e8le, nous pouvons fournir des conseils structurels fiables, et ce tr\u00e8s rapidement.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calculer les efforts et les d\u00e9formations, puis v\u00e9rifier selon les Eurocodes<\/h2>\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le g\u00e9om\u00e9trique avec les groupes de charges et combinaisons de charges pertinents (les charges de vent \u00e9taient particuli\u00e8rement importantes dans ce cas), nous avons utilis\u00e9 Diamonds pour calculer les efforts internes aux \u00e9tats limites ultimes et les d\u00e9formations aux \u00e9tats limites de service.
