L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe s&rsquo;est fortement appuy\u00e9e sur la visualisation pratique du ferraillage de Diamonds, colorant les dalles pour montrer d&rsquo;un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il o\u00f9 le ferraillage attribu\u00e9 \u00e9tait suffisant et o\u00f9 il en fallait davantage, puis a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 les largeurs de fissures et les fl\u00e8ches fissur\u00e9es, en tenant compte du fluage du b\u00e9ton et du moment d&rsquo;application des charges, avant de partager les r\u00e9actions d&rsquo;appui avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe des fondations sur pieux gr\u00e2ce aux outils de reporting de Diamonds.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet<\/h2>\n\n<p>Selon Patrick Jordaens, responsable du bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de Vestad, le nouveau si\u00e8ge social de Simac ICT Belgium dans le Haasrode Research Park est typique de nombreux projets de Vestad. Comme l&rsquo;explique Patrick, \u00ab ce b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par Architects in Motion, tandis que Vanhout est responsable de sa r\u00e9alisation. Le nouveau b\u00e2timent de 30 m\u00e8tres sur 60 compte trois niveaux : un parking au niveau -1, deux \u00e9tages de bureaux et un entrep\u00f4t au-dessus du niveau du sol.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus remarquable de la conception architecturale est que ce b\u00e2timent semble flotter dans l&rsquo;espace. Deux facteurs entrent en jeu ici. D&rsquo;une part, la superstructure est sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ un m\u00e8tre cinquante par rapport au niveau du sol, avec des places de stationnement disponibles en dessous. D&rsquo;autre part, la structure porteuse en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9sente un aspect ouvert. Hormis un noyau en b\u00e9ton et un nombre limit\u00e9 de voiles de contreventement (qui assurent ensemble le transfert des charges horizontales), cette structure porteuse se compose uniquement de dalles de 40 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur soutenues directement (sans poutres interm\u00e9diaires) par des colonnes en b\u00e9ton. L&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t de 300 m\u00b2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton et a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit comme charge permanente dans le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;analyse structurelle Diamonds. Ce mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;analyse contient donc tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels que nous venons d&rsquo;\u00e9voquer : le noyau en b\u00e9ton, les voiles de contreventement, les dalles et les colonnes, compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par un nombre limit\u00e9 de poutres de rive l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les colonnes sont tr\u00e8s proches des bords des dalles.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des nombreux avantages de l&rsquo;utilisation de Diamonds est qu&rsquo;il faut tr\u00e8s peu de temps pour obtenir les premiers r\u00e9sultats : il nous a fallu moins d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e pour \u00e9laborer le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;analyse structurelle et obtenir les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;analyse. Nous le constatons d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;un nouveau coll\u00e8gue rejoint notre \u00e9quipe. Les nouveaux venus n&rsquo;ont besoin que d&rsquo;une semaine, une semaine et demie tout au plus, pour devenir tr\u00e8s efficaces avec Diamonds.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un retour visuel pour un plan de ferraillage pratique<\/h2>\n\n<p>Mais surtout, Diamonds offre un excellent \u00e9quilibre entre facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation et capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;analyse avanc\u00e9es qui facilitent la vie de tout ing\u00e9nieur structure. Dans ce projet, nous avons largement utilis\u00e9 les capacit\u00e9s de Diamonds en mati\u00e8re de dimensionnement du b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas tant du calcul des sections d&rsquo;armature (que Diamonds g\u00e8re parfaitement) que de ce que l&rsquo;on peut faire une fois ces sections d&rsquo;armature calcul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour commencer, vous pouvez tr\u00e8s facilement attribuer des quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;armature pratiques \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quelle dalle. Ensuite, partout o\u00f9 les quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;armature pratiques attribu\u00e9es sont suffisantes, la dalle est visualis\u00e9e dans une couleur neutre. Enfin, une \u00e9chelle de couleurs indique la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;armature suppl\u00e9mentaire n\u00e9cessaire dans toutes les autres zones. Il s&rsquo;agit avant tout de la v\u00e9rification des largeurs de fissures (l\u00e0 aussi, on voit d&rsquo;un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il les zones o\u00f9 la largeur de fissure d\u00e9passe par exemple une valeur limite de 0,3 mm) et de la fl\u00e8che fissur\u00e9e. Il est donc essentiel pour nous de pouvoir facilement partager les r\u00e9sultats de nos analyses structurelles en cas de besoin. Gr\u00e2ce aux vastes capacit\u00e9s de reporting de Diamonds, par exemple, il devient simple de partager les r\u00e9actions d&rsquo;appui avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe responsable de la conception et de la r\u00e9alisation des fondations sur pieux.
