Hierdoor worden comforteisen steeds belangrijker. Voor betonnen liggers en vloeren wordt maximale doorbuiging vaak het doorslaggevende criterium. Maar dan komen er nieuwe vragen, zoals &#8220;Hoe moeten doorbuigingen worden berekend?&#8221; en &#8220;Wat zijn de grenswaarden voor maximale doorbuigingen?&#8221;.<\/em><\/p><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een paar definities vooraf<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De <strong>begintoestand<\/strong> van een betonnen ligger of vloerplaat is de referentielijn (referentievlak) van het dragende element in onbelaste toestand. Deze initi\u00eble vorm kan worden bereikt door een tegenvervorming ten opzichte van de niet-vervormde toestand van het element.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <strong>doorbuiging<\/strong> is de verplaatsing van de referentielijn (referentievlak) onder invloed van de uitgeoefende krachten ten opzichte van de oorspronkelijke vorm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <strong>onmiddellijke<\/strong> <strong>doorbuiging<\/strong> als gevolg van uitgeoefende belastingen is het deel van de doorbuiging dat vrijwel onmiddellijk optreedt na het uitoefenen van de belastingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <strong>tijdsafhankelijke<\/strong> <strong>doorbuiging<\/strong> als gevolg van uitgeoefende belastingen is het deel van de doorbuiging dat optreedt als gevolg van kruip van het beton na het uitoefenen van belastingen waarvan wordt aangenomen dat ze constant zijn in de tijd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>additional deflection<\/strong> from the point in time <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/ql-cache\/quicklatex.com-1b4bbb57976dbd9bb1f5f194b6daacd1_l3.png\" class=\"ql-img-inline-formula quicklatex-auto-format\" alt=\"&#116;&#95;&#105;\" title=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\" height=\"15\" width=\"11\" style=\"vertical-align: -3px;\"\/>&nbsp;is the part of the deflection that occurs after <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/ql-cache\/quicklatex.com-1b4bbb57976dbd9bb1f5f194b6daacd1_l3.png\" class=\"ql-img-inline-formula quicklatex-auto-format\" alt=\"&#116;&#95;&#105;\" title=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\" height=\"15\" width=\"11\" style=\"vertical-align: -3px;\"\/>. It consists of several components:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de tijdsafhankelijke doorbuiging onder de krachten die op dat moment al zijn uitgeoefend <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de ogenblikkelijke en tijdsafhankelijke doorbuiging onder de belastingen die na het tijdstip  worden uitgeoefend <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/ql-cache\/quicklatex.com-1b4bbb57976dbd9bb1f5f194b6daacd1_l3.png\" class=\"ql-img-inline-formula quicklatex-auto-format\" alt=\"&#116;&#95;&#105;\" title=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\" height=\"15\" width=\"11\" style=\"vertical-align: -3px;\"\/>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Berekening van de gescheurde doorbuiging<\/h3>\n\n<p>De elastische doorbuiging van liggers of vloerplaten van gewapend beton komt alleen overeen met de werkelijke doorbuiging als het scheurmoment van de ligger of vloerplaat niet wordt overschreden. Vanwege de lage treksterkte van beton komt deze situatie in de praktijk meestal niet voor. Zodra de spanningen de treksterkte van het beton overschrijden, ontstaan er scheuren en neemt de stijfheid van de doorsnede aanzienlijk af, wat resulteert in grotere doorbuigingen.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Om de doorbuiging van liggers of vloerplaten van gewapend beton te berekenen, moeten we rekening houden met betonscheuren. De mate waarin het beton gescheurd is, hangt niet alleen af van de treksterkte, maar ook van de werkelijke hoeveelheid wapening.<\/p>\n\n<p>De hierna besproken berekeningsmethode (beschikbaar in de Diamonds rekensoftware) is een logische uitbreiding van de ontwerpregels voor structurele elementen (zoals liggers) die slechts in \u00e9\u00e9n richting worden belast. Dan kan de doorbuiging als functie van de tijd worden berekend met behulp van superpositie:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voor elke lastengroep:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bereken de uitgestelde doorbuiging als gevolg van kruip met behulp van vergelijkingen (1) tot en met (5)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neem bij elke stap in de tijd de som van:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>een deel van de vertraagde doorbuiging als gevolg van kruip <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Maar die methode brengt een paar moeilijkheden met zich mee:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scheurvorming is niet-elastisch materiaalgedrag. Het staat geen superpositie toe. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het traagheidsmoment van de gescheurde doorsneden moet onmiddellijk worden berekend. <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De kruipfactor voor een bepaalde belasting is afhankelijk van de ouderdom van het beton op het moment dat de belasting wordt aangebracht: hoe ouder het beton, hoe lager de kruipfactor voor die belasting.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>De volgende aanpak kan worden voorgesteld (zoals ge\u00efmplementeerd in Diamonds):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het superpositieprincipe wordt toegepast door te specificeren welke belastingscombinatie als doorslaggevend moet worden beschouwd voor het scheuren in beton. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dit kan voor elke belastingsgroep afzonderlijk worden gedaan (de hoeveelheid scheurvorming wordt geacht constant te zijn in de tijd voor elke belastingsgroep). Deze doorbuiging is afhankelijk van de elasticiteitsmodulus en de Poisson-co\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van het beton en het traagheidsmoment van de ongescheurde doorsnede. Deze doorbuiging is onafhankelijk van de berekende wapeningshoeveelheden. Deze doorbuiging is alleen realistisch voor kleine belastingen. Alle belastingen worden fictief op hetzelfde moment toegepast. De term &#8220;t=-90&#8221; dagen, slaagt op &#8220;vlak voor het aangrijpen van de scheidingswanden&#8221;. En &#8220;t=+90&#8221; onmiddellijk na het aangrijpen van de scheidingswanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De doorbuigingsberekening i.f.v. de tijd heeft de verdienste dat het mogelijk is om bijkomende doorbuiging te berekenen na het toepassen van specifieke belastingen. Zo geeft Figuur 7 weer wat de bijkomende doorbuiging t.g.v het plaatsen van de scheidingswanden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voldoen aan de normen<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nu de maximale doorbuiging bepaald is, tot welke waarde moet deze dan worden beperkt? Er wordt een onderscheid gemaakt tussen de totale doorbuiging en de bijkomende doorbuiging.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De <strong>totale<\/strong> <strong>doorbuiging<\/strong> is over het algemeen beperkt tot de overspanning gedeeld door 250 (of 1\/125 voor een uitkraging) in een BGT QP (eigengewicht, permanente belastingen en ongeveer 30% van de nuttige belasting). Door het toepassen van een tegenpijl kan de doorbuiging geheel of gedeeltelijk worden gecompenseerd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <strong>bijkomende<\/strong> <strong>doorbuiging<\/strong> in het geval dat schade aan scheidingswanden moet worden vermeden, is over het algemeen beperkt tot de overspanning gedeeld door 500 (of 1\/250 voor een uitkraging). De doorbuiging die optreedt na het plaatsen van de scheidingswanden moet worden ge\u00efnterpreteerd als de toename van de doorbuiging na de installatie ervan. Omdat deze beperking betrekking heeft op schadegerelateerde in plaats van comfortgerelateerde eisen, moet deze worden opgelegd aan de (toename van) doorbuiging voor zeldzame belastingscombinaties in de bruikbaarheidsgrenstoestand. Het opleggen van deze beperking voor quasi-permanente belastingscombinaties BGT QP is niet voldoende.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusie<\/h2>\n\n<p>Het niet-lineaire materiaalgedrag van beton dwingt ons om de vervorming te berekenen, rekening houdend met scheuren en kruip.
