De belangrijkste doelstelling van 3D constructief rekenen met Diamonds is dan ook de impact te kunnen begroten van de windbelasting op de centrale kern en de wandschijven (en zo de nodige wapeningen te voorzien), en om een globale lastendaling te kunnen uitvoeren tot op funderingsaanzet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Maar zo een constructief 3D-model leidt ook altijd tot heel interessante inzichten en oplossingen. Zo was centraal in de dakplaat een grote uitsparing voorzien, waardoor die dakplaat nauwelijks werd geschoord door de centrale kern. Uiteraard kwam dat heel duidelijk tot uiting in de horizontale vervormingen die door Diamonds werden berekend. Veel interessanter is echter dat Diamonds je ook de nodige inzichten verstrekt om snel een degelijke oplossing uit te werken. Zo volstond het in dit geval om een extra wandelement toe te voegen en zo de dakplaat af te steunen op een betonwand die op zijn beurt geschoord wordt door de centrale
